The 8th grade students had to make ice cream to satisfy an 8th grade SOL.
The ingredients were: rock salt, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, ice, and ziploc bags. Yes, it was a success.
History Teachers from Hopewell High School came to Woodlawn Learning Center to help the students make creative interactive booklets.
