The I’m Determined Project, a state directed project funded by the Virginia Department of Education, focuses on providing direct instruction, models, and opportunities to practice skills associated with self-determined behavior. This project facilitates youth, especially those with disabilities to undertake a measure of control in their lives, helping to set and steer the course rather than remaining the silent passenger.

The Virginia Department of Education and other state agencies are helping to increase the number of Virginians earning workforce credentials to be competitive for highly skilled jobs.

Moving Pathways Forward: Supporting Career Pathways Integration is a three-year initiative to assist states in advancing career pathways systems to transition low-skilled adults to postsecondary education and employment.

The Career Pathways Exchange is a free information service that consolidates and distributes career pathways-related resources, events, and information from federal and state agencies and partner organizations.
